I was the General Chair of NetSci-X 2024 Venice (Italy). NetSci-X is the signature winter conference of the Network Science Society. The event took place from 22 to 25 January 2024, hosting more than 300 attendees, 6 invited speakers, 4 school speakers, 200 talks and 40 posters.
I was the General Chair of NetSci 2020 Rome (Italy). NetSci is the main conference of the Network Science Society. Due to Covid-19, it was the first NetSci conference to be held online (from 17 to 25 September 2020). The event hosted more than 700 attendees, 15 invited speakers, 6 school speakers, 22 satellite events, 220 talks and 200 posters.
FinEcoNets Workshop series
The main organisers of these events are Paolo Barucca, Carolina Mattsson, Tiziano Squartini and myself.
These workshops took place over the years as satellite events of StatPhys, NetSci and CCS conferences.

Lipari "SECS" Workshop series
The workshop series SECS "Complex Networks: From Socio-Economic Systems to Biology and Brain" takes place every year in the beautiful island of Lipari (Italy). The event is organised by Andrea Gabrielli and Alfredo Ferro, together with Diego Garlaschelli, Tommaso Gili, Giancarlo Ruffo, Andrea Pagnani and myself.
